The Benicia Historical society began in 1973.  The purpose of the society is to bring together people interested in the history of Benicia and California.  The society works to preserve the history and heritage of our city for future generations.  Our goal is to enhance historic Benicia through education, communication and community involvement.

May 30, 2011 - Memorial Day Ceremony

Join us on Monday, May 30, 2011 at 10:00AM for our annual Memorial Day Ceremony at the Benicia Arsenal Post Cemetery. A military C5 Aircraft fly over is planned.
